1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of First Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur- Ramanijganj, C.G. praying for extension of time to complete the trial in Sessions Case No.58/2017.

2. This Court had while disposing off M.Cr.C. No.3884 of 2019 on 29.07.2019 directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 10 months. On request made by the trial Court, a further extension was granted of 06 months vide order dated 22.01.2021 in Cr.M.P. No.50 of 2021.

3. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the request letter, I feel inclined to grant further extension. The petition is disposed off and a further extension of six months' time is granted to the concerned trial Court to conclude the trial in the concerned case.
