1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition against her non selection on the post of Aganwadi Karykarta.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the competent authority under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (hereinafter called as 'Rules of 1995').

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the competent authority under the Rules of 1995 within 30 days from today. If such an appeal is filed within the stipulated time, the competent authority will consider and decide the same

strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the appeal after noticing and hearing the parties concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
