The transfer is under challenge on personal ground like health and that the petitioner is going to retire from his service on 30.09.2017. 2.
Considering that the place where the petitioner is being shifted is not far away and no severe hardship appears to be resulting because of this transfer, I am not inclined to give further indulgence in the matter. However, if the petitioner moves an application
before the transferring authority, then the authority may consider personal difficulty of the petitioner in the matter and take appropriate decision as early as possible.
