At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 30.4.2015 passed in WP(S) No.1341/2015 (Shailendra Singh & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors) & other connected matters. They would submit that the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms.
2. For the foregoing, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in WP(S) No.1341/2015 (Shailendra Singh & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors).
3. A copy of the order passed in WP(S) No.1341/2015 (Shailendra Singh & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors) be kept in the record of the present writ petition.
