Kale, Dy. Advocate General --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 04/07/2016 Heard.
1.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the retiral dues of his late father have not been released to the family of the deceased Government employee despite clear direction issued by the Collector dated 29.01.2016 to the concerned Chief Executive Officer and Block Education Officer.
2.
Learned counsel for the State would submit that once there is direction issued by the Collector, the concerned authorities are required to comply with the same.
3.
In view of the above submission, at this stage, this Court directs respondent Nos. 3 & 5 to ensure that in view of the admitted facts, retiral dues of the deceased employee late Amarnath Singh be released in favour of the petitioner, unless there is dispute raised by any other legal heirs of deceased employee. 4.
With this observation, the instant petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Chandra
