In crime No.55/2021 [MCrC No.4029 of 2021] allegation against the present applicant is that he has unauthorisedly opened office of All India Radio (Akashwani) in the name of PIB National Outreach Bureau and has also displayed names of officers of Akashwani. In the second crime No.82/2021 [MCrC No.4037 of 2021] the allegation is that the applicant has induced his land lord (informant) Akash Jain and his friend Piyush Deshmukh and has obtained amount of Rs.5,65,000/- & Rs.1,80,000/-, respectively from them for obtaining employment in Akashwani.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case; as also the fact that the applicant is in jail since 18-3-2021; the offences are triable by the JMFC; and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, both the bail applications are allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
