1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider his representation. He further submits that till disposal of his representation, transfer order may be stayed.

2) Learned Senior counsel for the respondents submits that pending representation filed by the petitioner would be decided expeditiously. 3) This Court is not inclined to pass any interim order. However, if the petitioner prays for stay that he may not be relieved till consideration of his representation, the competent authority shall consider this prayer also 4) The petition accordingly stands disposed off.
