Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 14/07/2016 This petition has been filed by the petitioner on the apprehension that for certain procedural anomaly, which is not due to fault of the petitioner, in the event petitioner succeeds in the written examination and called for interview, he may be declared ineligible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of abundant caution, the petitioner has filed this petition because if challenge is made at later stage, his claim may be rejected on the ground that he participated in the

selection procedure without any objection or protest. 3.

It appears that even before declaration of written examination result, which alone will decide whether the petitioner may be called for interview or not, this petition has been filed.

In the considered opinion of this Court, this petition is absolutely premature at this stage. In the event, there is any likelihood of rejection of petitioner's candidature despite having cleared in the written examination, it will be open for the petitioner to revive this petition. 5.
