1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time granted by this Court to conclude the proceeding in M.J.C. No.654/2017.

2. This Court had while disposing off Criminal Revision No.80/2020 on 09.03.2020, directed for conclusion of the proceeding within a time frame. The learned Family Court had earlier sent a request letter for extension of time but it appears that the same was not listed before this Court, therefore, it is the second request letter sent making prayer for such extension.

3. Considered on the reasons that are mentioned in the request letter, I

-2feel inclined to allow this request, therefore, this petition is disposed off.

4. The learned Family Court is granted further extension of two months to conclude the proceeding in the case mentioned hereinabove.
