In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, on instructions, that the transferring authority is willing to consider the petitioner's grievance regarding transfer, this petition is finally disposed off. The petitioner would be at liberty to prefer representation within a period of 10 days from today, which shall be considered and decided by the transferring authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. The transferring authority may also consider as to whether the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the same place. 3.

For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
