1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of payment of revised pay-scale has been paid to the applicants w.e.f. 30.08.2020 and as an abundant caution, 10% of arrears has also been paid and the balance of amount shall also be paid to the applicant in due course. Since there was no direction in the writ petition for payment of arrears, the same has not been paid to the applicants and as such no contempt petitions is made out.

2. Given the said submission made by the Counsel for the contempnor,

the contempt petitions at this juncture is disposed of reserving the right of the applicants to approach the Court to file a fresh petition in case if any grievance still stands un-redressed.
