Mr. Vinod Kumar Tekam, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. He further submits that as the applicant is working as Peon at District Commercial and Industrial Centre, hence, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender. 2.

Mr. Roshan Dubey, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having objection to the submission of learned counsel for applicant. 3.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to decide it on the same day in accordance with law.
