1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's complaint/representation has been sent by the Collector, Rajnandgaon to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Dongargarh, but said authority has neither taken cognizance nor made any enquiry.
2. Be that as it may, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Dongargarh is directed to consider the memo dated 1.7.2011 and thereby to dispose of the petitioner's complaint expeditiously after
hearing the parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if it has already not been decided.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
