The petitioner contends that the petitioner is working as Assistant Director (Survey) in Town and Country Planning, Korba and the wife of the petitioner Dr. Harsh Lata Thakur is working on the post of District Ayurved Officer at Bilaspur. It is contended that as per clause 2.11 of the transfer policy of the State dated 27th June, 2019 husband and wife are normally to be kept at one place if request is made. Therefore, it is stated that the petitioner has made request by Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3 to the Secretary, Housing and Environment Department, Raipur that may be directed to be considered in terms of the policy 2.11.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner that they have claimed that husband and wife to be kept at one place. According to clause 2.11 of the transfer policy of the State dated 27th June, 2019 which purports that husband and wife are normally to be kept at one place, they would be considered to be

placed at one place. Prayer of the petitioner and his wife which is addressed to respondent No.1 filed as Annexure P-3 may be considered within a reasonable time. The petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation alongwith his wife to the respondent No.1 within a period of three weeks from today and if such representation is filed, same may be decided within a further period of 60 days.
