Perused the petition especially notices dated 18.12.2014 and 05.01.2015, which have not been replied by the petitioner till today. 2.
In absence of such reply, it would be difficult to infer that how much work has been executed and why the petitioner has stopped the work. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Clause 12 of the tender document provides settlement of disputes. 4.
Petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concerned under Clause-12 of the tender document .
