Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Criminal Complaint Case No.32/2015 in between M/s Ind Synergy Limited Vs. Suresh Chandra Goyal and another is pending adjudication wherein even charges have not been framed till 2015, therefore time bound direction may be given to decide the case.

Considering the short prayer made, without any observation on the merits, since statement is made at bar that charges have not been framed, it is directed that the learned trial court shall expeditiously make effort to decide the case within further period of 1 year from the date of receipt of the order. 3.
