2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined her services in the month of November, 2018. However, all of a sudden her services were not availed from November, 2019 though she has not been served with any removal order. Under these circumstances, to know her status, she has made several representations and prayer is made before this Court to decide one of the representation being placed as Annexure P/3 dated

20.12.2019.

3. Considering the fact and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the said representation shall be decided without any observation on the merit. However, the petitioner is given a liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of four weeks which may be decided as early as possible.

4. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
