1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.128/2020 registered in Police Station Janakpur, Tahsil Bharatpur, District Korea for offence under Section 307 and 302/34 of the IPC.

3. Since no-one is appearing on behalf of the applicants, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution.
