1. Heard.

2. The present petition has been filed on the ground that the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies on 08.06.2007 has directed for return of certain amount to the petitioner which was recovered from him. It is contended that the said amount has not yet been returned till date, therefore, the writ may be issued to

return the amount.

3. Section 85 of the Chhatisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (for short 'the Act, 1960') speaks about the execution of orders. It purports that every order or award passed or decision given by the Registrar under any provision of the Act shall be executed in the manner provided in Section 85 of the Act, 1960. In view of such existing law, this Court cannot be made an executing Court of the orders passed by the Assistant Registrar.
