constituted by the State Govt. for redressal of the dispute pertaining to the retiral dues of retired employees.

The dispute in the instant case is confined only to CPF amount which was payable to the petitioner for a period between 04.07.1969 to 30.08.1981.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, let the matter of the petitioner be placed before the High Power Committee constituted by the State Govt. for redressal of the dispute pertaining to retiral dues and the Committee in turn is directed to verify by scrutinizing and counter checking the entries which are available in the records of each of the Departments to ascertain whether the amount has in fact been paid to the petitioner or not. If the Committee find that the amount has not been paid, the same should be ordered to be released to the petitioner. In case it has been paid to the petitioner, the Committee shall inform the petitioner as to when and how the payment has been made to him. While deciding the claim, the petitioner would also be given an opportunity of hearing by the Committee. It is expected that the case of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of reference. 4.

The petitioners shall move an appropriate representation before the Committee raising all their grievances which shall be entertained by the Committee. The State shall also forward the case of the petitioner to the said Committee with a request for an early disposal of the case of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, present writ petition stands disposed of.
