2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.314/2019, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rajnandgaon (CG)

MCRC No. 4067 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 307/34 of the IPC.

3. The applicant and the co-accused have caused injuries over the face and head of injured Mohd. Irfan by means of keys and thereafter, caused injuries by means of stone.

4. Having seen the statement of the injured and other relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
