1. Heard.

2. The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.312/2020 registered in Police Station Durg for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149,

MCRC No. 3877 of 2020 341, 294, 506, 307 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In all six accused persons assaulted the injured - Ganesh Ram Yadav by knife, sword, hands, kicks and fist. Co-accused - Jaikishan Yadav has already been released on bail bearing MCRC No.3875/2020, therefore, the present application deserves to be and is hereby allowed.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
