This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 77/2017, registered at Police Station Sejbahar, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 read with Section 511, Section 456 and 323 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to repeat the same after three months, if trial is not concluded within the stipulated period. 4.
