1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed an appeal against the order of suspension, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur.

2. Since petitioner's appeal is pending before the appellate authority, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide petitioner's appeal, if it is duly constituted, within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
