Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal. The instant appeal was filed by the learned counsel for the appellant in the year 2006 against the judgment dated 05.10.2006, passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) in S.T. No. 23/2006. Subsequently, another appeal bearing No. CRA No. 96/2012 against the same judgment was filed by Shri Saurabh Sharma, Advocate on behalf of the appellant and the said appeal is decided/dismissed by the coordinate Bench of this Court as the appellant has already suffered his entire jail sentence vide order dated 09.08.2017. Therefore, the appellant does not want to press this appeal on merits.

In view of above, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the appellant to withdraw the present appeal is allowed. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed off as withdrawn.
