1. The present Petition has been filed with a limited prayer of a direction to the Respondents for considering his case for regularization.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner at this juncture submits that the Petitioner has meanwhile made repeated representations to the Respondents and have also highlighted the fact that similarly placed persons like the Petitioner have already been granted benefit of regularization. But for the reason best known the case

of the Petitioner has not been considered. Therefore, prays for a direction to the Respondents in this regard.

3. At this juncture learned State Counsel submits that from the record it appears that the case of the Petitioner is pending consideration before the authorities. Let the Petitioner make a fresh representation giving details in respect of the similarly placed persons to Respondent No.2 and the same shall be considered by the Respondent in accordance of the Rules applicable in the Respondent establishment.

4. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the parties the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of 15 days from today to the Respondent No.2 in respect of his claim including the incidents where the similarly placed persons have been granted the benefit of regularization. On filing of the representation, it is expected that Respondent No.2 shall take a decision on the said representation within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the Representation.

5. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
