1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.22/2020 registered in Police Station Parpa, District Bastar for offence under Section 376-D, 341 and 506/34 of the IPC.
2. Five accused persons met the prosecutrix while she was returning after attending the nature's call from the village pond at 10 pm on 27.1.2020. The accused persons obstructed her way, picked her and taken to agricultural field where three of them namely, Jogendra Nag, Sonadhar Bharti and Rinku Bharti had shown
obscene videos on mobile and committed forcible sexual intercourse. At that time, present applicant Balsingh Baghel and Kamlesh Nag had caught hold of her legs and hands.
3. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive his prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
