This is petition for review of order dated 27.07.2006 passed in W.P.No.5235/2000 by the learned Division Bench-I in which, on the date of order, present petitioner was not represented. 2.

Present petition has been filed after 2996 days of its limitation. 3.

Heard on I.A.No.01/2014, for condonation of delay in filing the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown the cause that the Court has passed ex-parte order.

As per record of writ petition, the petitioner was represented prior to passing of the order, but on the date of order, he was not represented.

Considering the aforesaid fact and delay of 2996 days, we do not find any reason and ground for condonation of delay. 7.

Consequently, I.A.No.01/2014 is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed. Consequent thereto, the review petition also stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
