(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has complied with the order dated 27.06.2013 and has joined at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar, Ambikapur, but the order impugned is bad in law and therefore, the petitioner may be granted opportunity to make representation before respondent No.2. (2) Prayer to be fair and reasonable.

(3) In view of above, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to respondent No.2 within two weeks and in turn, respondent No.2 shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously.
