2. Accordingly this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this juncture.

3. The Writ Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the Petitioner to avail remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority. Thereafter if his grievance still is not redressed the Petitioner may challenge the same.
