Writ Petition No. 2030 of 2003 preferred on behalf of four Petitioners stood dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 15.5.2015 with regard to removing defects.

Present restoration application has been filed only on behalf of Petitioner No. 1, Dr. D.J.Sharma.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of Petitioner No. 1, this application is allowed and Writ Petition No. 2030 of 2003 is restored to file only in so far as Petitioner No. 1, Dr. D.J.Sharma is concerned. 5.

If there are any other defects apart from the issue of no objection certificate from the earlier Counsel, they must be removed within 10 days, failing which this restoration application shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
