Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 29/06/2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that notices were issued under a misconceived notion of factual aspect but later on, respondents have realised that at present, notices could not be issued when the matter was pending before this Court and interim order was operating. Under instructions, he submits that the notice issued to the petitioner would be withdrawn. In view of the submission which is now being made before this Court, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged placing on record the undertaking given before this Court that the notice would be withdrawn forthwith and in any case, not later than seven days from today. Since the parties are present in the Court, they should not wait to receive the copy of this order. Withdrawal order shall be filed by the respondents in the pending writ petition. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed off. Presence of the respondents is exempted.
