Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of present writ petition, the respondent/State has decided the representation of the petitioner by rejecting his claim application and as such he intends to challenge the said proceedings by way of separate writ petition. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
