2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.88/2021 registered at Police Station Sankara, District Mahasamund (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The applicant was found in possession of 8 Kg of illicit Ganja when a search was made on 3.6.2021.

4. Considering the quantity of contraband recovered and all the relevant factors, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage.
