The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of punishment imposed by the

Disciplinary Authority in exercise of powers under Rule 10 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966.

The order is appealable under Rule 23 of the said rules. 4.

In view of the availability of the alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable.
