Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition preferred by (WPS No.2560 of 2017) by similarly situated employee- B. S. Kanwar, who also suffered reversion on the same ground under the same impugned order, has been allowed by this Court vide order dated 13-06-2017 on the ground that the order was passed without affording opportunity of hearing. 3.

In the present case, the only ground for reversion is non furnishing of details of immovable property, though according to the petitioner, he had

already furnished details.

In view of submission made above, the petitioner being similarly situated, this petition is also allowed in terms of order dated 13-06-2017 passed by this Court with the liberty that the respondents may, if so desire, take appropriate action against the petitioner for non disclosure of the details of the immovable property after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
