The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.29/2020, registered at Police Station Deepka, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 447 & 379 read with Section 34 of IPC.

The applicant along with co-accused has committed theft of 8 numbers of iron roller from Deepka Coal Mines of SECL valued at Rs.2,400/-.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 4.
Considering that the applicant is in jail since 11.06.2020 and the offences are trilable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, this
Court is inclined to release him on condition, in addition to others, that the applicant shall appear before the concerned police station on 1st day and 15th day of every month during pendency of the trial.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
