1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Managing Director of Jila

Vanopaj Sahkari Union Limited Katghora, District Korba in exercise of powers under Section 53-B of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

2. The matter pertains to service conditions of an employee belonging to the Co-operative Society, therefore, the petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the Registrar Co-operative Society under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra ashu
