This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.174/2019, registered at Police Station Pandariya, Distt. Kabirdham (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 34of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

First bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on 11.5.2020 in M.Cr.C. No.1053 of 2020. 4.

After dismissal of the first bail application and after hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is also rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) JUDGE Bini
