1. Shri Harsh Wardhan, learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the petitioner's claim for unpaid salary has already been redressed.

2. Petitioner Smt. Fagni Bai has preferred this writ petition seeking consideration of her name for regularization in terms of the circular dated 5.3.2008. In prior writ petition bearing WPS No.2766/2013 the said petitioner is arrayed as petitioner No.3. In that writ petition, she

along with many others have challenged the order passed by the Nagar Panchayat rejecting their representation for regularization.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
