1. Mr. C. Jayant K. Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, submits that the advertisement dated 5-82015 (Annexure P-1) has been challenged in this writ petition and the Chhattisgarh Medical Services Corporation Limited - respondent No.2, by its order dated 20-11-2015 has cancelled / revoked the advertisement dated 5-8-2015, as such, this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In the light of revocation of the notification dated 5-8-2015, this

W.P.(S)No.3208/2015 writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
