Learned State counsel submits that the affidavit of the Collector has been filed. Para 7 of the affidavit so filed states as under: "Further, it is submitted that in disputed cases, a Committee / Team is formed consisting of one or more Patwari & one or
more Revenue Inspectors or as the case may be for the prompt disposal of applications pending for demarcation. It is pertinent to mention here that, in the previous Revenue Year i.e. 01-10-2016 to 30-09-2017, Revenue Authorities have disposed of about 3716 applications of demarcation in District Raipur. Therefore, the deponent herein submits, this year too within a period of one year, all the aforesaid applications i.e. 1,913 will also be disposed of if the applicants cooperate and the said time period of is granted to the revenue authorities." 2.
The Principal Secretary (Revenue) has also filed an affidavit in similar lines.
