1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider their case and pass appropriate order for confirmation in their service.

3. The petitioners are working as Training Officer in Government I.T.I.s of District Kondagaon. They were appointed in the year 2013. Their probation period was of two years. After, lapse of two years they have not been confirmed. Now, they have completed near about 5

years of service.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State counsel are agreed that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered in the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 3447 of 2018 and order dated 19.06.2018 in Writ Petition (S) No. 4050 of 2018.

5. Looking to the submissions of both the parties, facts and circumstances of the case, and aforesaid order, this writ petition is disposed of, with the direction that the petitioners may file fresh representations within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order for their claim of confirmation in the service before respondent No. 2 and respondent No.2, in turn, shall decide the representations, so received, within a period of 3 months from the date of filing of such representations.
