Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 3/9/2015 Heard finally with the consent of learned counsel for the parties. (2) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order - Annexure P/1 passed by the Commissioner, Sarguja Division, whereby, the petitioner has been placed under suspension in exercise of powers under Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal), Rules, 1966 (in short "the Rules, 1966").

(3) The order is appealable under Rule 23 of the Rules, 1966, therefore, the petition is not maintainable.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy within a month.
