With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The writ petition was earlier preferred challenging the show cause notice dated 11.09.2014, however, since thereafter the petitioner has already been terminated vide order dated 10.10.2014. 3.
Since the petitioner was working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II in the Municipal Council, Janjgir-Naila, District Janjgir-Champa and her
services were governed under the Chhattisgarh Nagar Palika Shiksha Karmi Bharti Tatha Seva Niyam, 2013, the petitioner is required to challenge the order of termination by preferring an appeal under the said rules read with Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961. 4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers a duly constituted appeal against the order of termination, within a period of one month from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the appeal, on its own merits, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of submission of appeal.
