1. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged inaction on the part of respondents in not considering his representation for inclusion of his name in the voter list.

2. After going through the petition, it is found that the petition is blissfully vague as required details of the date of publication of voter list has not been given and there is no specific averment as to date up to which the objections were to be submitted.

3. Therefore, the petition is not properly constituted and is dismissed with liberty to file properly constituted petition.
