ORDER

(Passed on this 9th September, 2017) 1.

This Petition is directed against the order dated 15.01.2013 passed by respondent No.1 whereby the petitioner has been demoted to the post of Assistant Veterinary Medical Surgeon, Balod from the post of Deputy Director at Jagdalpur.

Petitioner, who is appearing in person, stated that during the pendency of this petition in December, 2013 he was promoted as Deputy Director and thereafter in December, 2017, he was promoted to the post of Joint Director. In view of this fact, the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed.

In view of above, the Petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
