The present appeal arises from order dated 8.4.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No. 1183 of 2015 declining to interfere with the cancellation of the appointment as Shiksha Karmi.

Counsel for the parties are agreed that this appeal may be disposed in similar terms as order dated 29.7.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 364 of 2015 and Writ Appeal No. 365 of 2015 by which we had declined to interfere with the order of the Learned Single Judge. 3.
