Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representations before the Collector, Raigarh on 28.03.2018 & 04.04.2018 to sell his land but it has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
