Shri Manish Nigam, Panel Lawyer S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/07/2017 Heard.

1. The petitioner has raised a grievance that the departmental enquiry which was initiated against the petitioner way back on 16.9.2009 has not been concluded and because of pendency of the departmental enquiry, petitioner has been seriously prejudiced in the matter of consideration of his promotion to the next higher post and he also suffered supersession.
